• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer 5+years depending on role level )
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rails framework, and OOP principles
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (basic front-end integration)
• Familiarity with version control (Git)
• Experience with RSpec or other testing frameworks
• Understanding of RESTful architecture, APIs, and microservices
• Knowledge of deployment tools (Heroku, AWS, Docker, etc.) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
