Job Overview
As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist at Lyric, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency across our revenue-generating teams. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline processes, manage data, and implement tools that support revenue growth. This role is critical for optimizing our go-to-market strategies and ensuring alignment across departments.
Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Streamline and automate workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve operational efficiency.

Data Management & Reporting: Manage CRM and other relevant systems to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Generate insights and dashboards to track KPIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and performance metrics.

Tech Stack Management: Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools that improve revenue team productivity (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools).

Revenue Analytics: Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving revenue performance. Provide actionable insights to leadership.

Forecasting & Planning: Support revenue forecasting and assist in building revenue models to guide business decision-making.

Strategic Projects: Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, including market expansion, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
