Primary Responsibilities:

• Working as an automation test engineer and lead for a JAVA application
• Developed tools and solutions from scratch to implementation for business
• Execute functional, Automation, Data base and API testing as per Project needs
• Develop Automation test scripts using different type of frameworks
• Enhance Automation Frameworks as per the design needs
• Independently troubleshoot coding issues and solve technical problems from the roots
• Setup continuous integration and continuous testing system like Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and Docker
• Deliver software within an Agile (scrum) environment
• Assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
• Create, maintain and execute test plans and test cases against our software platforms, estimating test efforts, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and participating in day-to-day QA activities
• Document processes and procedures in managing the product and making sure best practices are always followed
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing automation test scripts using Selenium
• Good knowledge about testing concepts and understanding of database concepts, OOPs concepts and solid in core Java skills
• Working knowledge in Database and API testing
• Understanding of DevOps tools like GitHub and Jenkins
• Understanding of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Good understanding on Cucumber, Gherkin
• Basic understanding of AI
• Proven ability to update or enhance automation framework as per the design
• Proven ability to take a hands-on approach to implementing QA processes right from requirements analysis, test design, automation and analysis
• Proven ability to collaborate with other teams across the portfolio to assure the success of the overall program

Preferred Qualification:

• Understanding of Selenium frameworks
