Job Description
Role Overview:
The Senior QA Engineer – Automation will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega-based solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in automation frameworks and experience in testing complex integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Pega applications and interfaces.
· Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
· Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
· Implement CI/CD pipelines for test automation execution.
· Analyze test results and report defects with detailed documentation.
· Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for automation.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
· Strong knowledge of Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar frameworks.
· Experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
· Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
Experience with Pega applications is a plus.
