US Ops FP&A

Role: Senior Program Manager

Reports to: Finance Director

Overview

The position is responsible for the supporting the US FP&A leadership and India Finance Leadership on various digital Finance transformation initiatives to support the touchless delivery and continuous improvement projects across Finance. This person will act as support to the Finance teams and will coordinate and organize multiple initiatives being run at the Business Unit level, Cost Optimization Initiatives & related reporting structure. This person will be responsible for support on Ops financial planning, forecasting for a business group and preparation of various presentations to the Senior Management. The person will have frequent contact with all levels of the US & India Finance organization, Senior Management and Operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Finance Transformation support

• Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve department productivity in alignment with the strategic imperatives within the team,
• Understand and translate business needs into data models using advanced excel to support long-term solutions
• Creates effective forecast models using advanced excel on labor and infrastructure requirements based on company trends and demand patterns by service line
• Project Management, Lead/participate in strategic initiatives, recommends action and drive closure
• Lead finance digital transformation – inducting tools like Power BI, MS Access, MS Projects and support intuitive reporting.
• Perform adhoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations and excel modelling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision making,
• Drive and own global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in global FP&A processes
• Help transform the finance organization mindset from backward-looking to forward-looking
• Provide financial counselling in determining feasibility and business impact of new initiatives.

Pre-requisites-essential:

• Minimum 10+years progressive experience in running Projected and initiatives on digital/reporting transformation in Finance domain
• B.Tech./ M. Tech, MCA, Chartered Accountants or MBA from Tier1 institute,
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in project management, establishing business systems and process improvements.
• Excellent Power point skills, ERP skills (HFM, Oracle etc.)
• Power BI functional knowledge will be an added advantage,
• Ability to drive strategic decisions, enterprise initiatives,

Prerequisites-preferred:

• B.Tech./ M. Tech, MCA, and MBA preferred.
• Financial modeling experience/ Project Management.
