Leads product roadmap strategy, cross-functional project execution, quality management, incident resolution, workflow design, process optimization, and team development. Oversees product lifecycle activities from requirements and prototyping through testing, user acceptance, and deployment. Builds scalable product development operations, manages stakeholders and escalations, mentors team members, and promotes accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives across various business units to maximize impact.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, guiding efforts from identifying core problems to ensuring user adoption.
- Facilitate regular review sessions to monitor development progress, assess quality metrics, identify risks, and confirm delivery commitments.
- Oversee the management of escalations and production incidents, ensuring swift identification and resolution of root causes.
- Architect and refine product workflows, intake processes for new features, and the operational models of the team.
- Set and enforce rigorous quality benchmarks throughout the product lifecycle, including PRD creation, prototyping, engineering, testing, user acceptance testing, and live deployment.
- Boost organizational efficiency by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and continuous process optimization.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, mentoring, and performance evaluation to cultivate a strong team.
- Champion a workplace culture centered on ownership, accountability, and punctual delivery.
- Develop and expand a high-caliber product development function to support scaling business objectives.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Management, or a related field; MBA
preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a related role.
• Product & Analytical Skills: Strong product thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
• Technical Understanding: Good understanding of systems, APIs, and integrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and handle escalations effectively.
• Process Excellence: Experience building processes, frameworks, and operational structures from the
ground up.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams with a strong ownership mindset and
accountability for outcomes.
