Job summary
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Debit Product team, you leverage research and feedback to fuel product innovation while enabling stable and scalable product delivery. You work with cross-functional teams to build key relationships and continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
- Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Raise blockers and impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring targets are met across the product development life cycle.
- Support change management activities and monitor adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated performance in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- Experience in product lifecycle and product deployment processes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Clear and concise verbal & written communication skills; able to present effectively across many levels of the organization.
- Successful experience leading through ambiguity and managing continuously shifting business priorities.
- Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers.
