As a Senior Product Associate within the Data Platforms - Product Success team, you will join a dynamic and collaborative team where your expertise in project tracking, management reporting, and program management will make a real impact. In this role, you'll take ownership of key initiatives, work independently, and help shape communications and process improvements across the organization. Job responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver management status reports and project updates
• Maintain Jira hygiene and track project milestones and deliverables
• Support internal communications and create engaging presentations
• Build and update Confluence pages to document processes and resources
• Monitor support tickets and assist with process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or a relevant domain area
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Master's degree in business, technology, or related field
• Experience in data analytics and business requirements/user story writing
• Graphic design or visual communications skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, chargebacks, and internal communications
