Contract Terms: ~ 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract, Full-time, 40 hours per week
THE JOB
This role sits within the Product Analytics team and focuses on driving product optimization through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and applied AI. The Senior Product Analyst (AI & Predictive Modeling) will build and deploy predictive models and develop analytical case studies that lead to clear, actionable product recommendations.
The team is embedding analytics and AI directly into product workflows using platforms such as Databricks and BigQuery. This role requires hands-on experience building and deploying AI and predictive models (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and applied NLP/LLM workflows), including piping data into models and integrating outputs into analytics or product workflows to support decision-making.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Own advanced analytics pipelines in Databricks and BigQuery that support product analytics, forecasting, and AI use cases.
Build, train, and deploy predictive models to forecast performance and uncover product insights.
Apply AI and LLMs to create automation and natural-language analytics (e.g., Slack-based analytics agents).
Integrate data and models via APIs to connect analytics, AI services, and internal tools.
Partner with Product and Analytics teams to turn product questions into scalable analytical solutions.
Validate and monitor models and data outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ongoing performance.
Prototype new AI-driven approaches that improve insight generation and decision-making.
Communicate clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Advanced SQL and Python for analytics, modeling, and automation
Strong experience with Databricks and BigQuery
Data science expertise in predictive modeling and ML
Experience deploying models into production workflows
Hands-on experience with APIs and AI services
Applied knowledge of LLMs and agent-based AI
Practical experience applying AI techniques (e.g. anomaly detection, forecasting, natural language processing/summarization) to support product analysis and decision-making.
Deep curiosity and hands-on passion for AI
3-5 yrs of experience

The expected compensation for this position is:
$68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
