Job Description

The Procurement Operations process associate is responsible for the handling of purchase requests and vetting new vendor requests from the business and the associated steps in the ‘procure to pay’ lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Triage and assignment of purchase requests to ensure correct quotes are obtained for the request
  • Prepare and issue of purchase orders ensuring correct coding.
  • Follow-up with vendors the ensure timely deliveries.
  • Keeping requestors informed of progress of their requests.
  • Handling follows ups from vendors and internal clients on invoice payment.
  • Handling any issues & ad-hoc queries that might arise during the procure to pay lifecycle.
  • Performing the Invesco due diligence program on all new vendors added to the supplier master.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • PO Invoice queries handling.
  • Daily work allocation.
  • Sharing the up to date status of all the tasks.
