Parexel is looking for a Senior Power Apps Developer who will be responsible for developing low-code applications in the Clinical domain in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work with project leads, analysts, business, and developers to understand challenges and design / build Low-Code application using the Microsoft Environment. The successful candidate will understand the CRO business, data modeling, and agile methodology. He/She will also be able to mentor other developers moving from traditional development environment to low code application development.
Roles / Responsibilities:
Analyzes, estimates and defines project tasks.
Performs design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solution.
Develops basic and detailed program specifications.
Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.
Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, and modifies low-code applications solutions.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends technical solutions.
Demonstrates good understanding of the business needs driving the projects.
Document requirements, build data flows, and establish acceptance criteria to be used with test cases to ensure Business and IT Data is Fit-for-Purpose.
Engage with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Technology Partners, and Vendor Contractors to achieve expected business outcomes.
Provide status on assigned work items and deliver in a timely manner to project teams.
Participate as a team member of the multi-functional data analytics team.
Participate in process improvements, including process definition, measurement analysis, and implementation of controls.
Qualifications:
8+ years as developer with a specialization in Clinical domain.
3+ years of Agile Methodology experience.
5+ years as Lead developer [hands-on] on Microsoft Power Platform:
Power Apps [Canvas, Model-driven]
Power Automate
Power Query
CoE Starter Kit Experience.
Knowledge of cloud-based development. Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST.
Knowledge of UIPath is a plus.
One of Microsoft Power App certifications is requested.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the CRO industry desired.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
