Senior ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer.

As an MLE in this position, you will take ownership of tasks and projects related to communication activities on our sites and other core business ML initiatives. Initially, your focus will be on ML projects aimed at optimizing marketing strategies and predicting customer lifetime value (LTV). These projects will leverage both classical ML algorithms and advanced techniques such as large language models (LLMs).In addition to your primary responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on other team members' projects, contributing your expertise to help them achieve their goals. The team consists of skilled ML engineers, MLOps specialists, and developers who are ready to support you with infrastructure needs, brainstorming, and implementation.

Your daily activities:

• Own particular projects from data preparation to production;
• Build ML/AI models, write services (if needed for the project), and wrap them into Docker;
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes a Product Owner, Analytics, and ML specialists;
• Share ideas and knowledge with the team.

We expect from you:

• A solid 3+ years in developing ML models;
• Python (pandas, NumPy, sci-kit-learn, matplotlib, Plotly);
• Excellent coding skills;
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• LLM: APIs, best models, prompting techniques;
• Familiarity with Data & ML production pipelines: Airflow, MlFlow;
• History of developing ML solutions for production usage;
• Understanding which algorithm suits better for the particular task.

Will be a plus:

• Classical software development principles.
