We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager who can build an empire of revenue for an organization and for their own. This full-time, on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. Qualifications:
● Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferable in Commercial Real Estate leasing.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
● Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
● Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
● Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales.
● Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
● Market Insight: Familiarity with the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is a plus.
● Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Self Sales has to be done at least for 3 years for a Manager Position.
