Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI Architects, ML engineers, and stakeholders for successful ML/AI deployments.
• Design and implement architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
• Apply cloud computing for scalable, secure solutions.
• Perform hands-on development using .NET and Python.
• Ensure delivery within SAFe Agile practices.
• Manage and mentor AI engineers for innovation and improvement.
• Work with AI delivery leaders on priorities, metrics, and timelines.
• Oversee AI governance: risk, privacy, bias, compliance.
• Drive evolution of AI platforms, tools, and reusable components.
• Contribute to AIPS planning, sprints, and release management.
• Promote AI adoption via training, documentation, and engagement.
• Monitor and report progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

Work Experience:

• 10+ years in application solution delivery, with 2+ years in leadership/managerial roles.
• Proven experience in cloud-native development (Azure preferred), MLOps, and data engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
• Solid background in Cloud Computing and development using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with LLM models and prompt engineering.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong technical communication ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Cloud Computing tools, especially Azure.
• Practical coding experience in .NET and Python; strong knowledge of SDLC.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile principles and frameworks.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

• 12:00 PM-9:00 PM IST
