Senior Manager Information Technology (Enterprise Data Migration _ Azure Cloud _ Databricks _ Data Governance)

Directs the activities of diverse Information Technology (IT) groups and teams. Provides overall leadership and technical expertise in the development, definition and execution of various programs, projects, operations and applications. Identifies opportunities for enhancing IT organizational capabilities to support and achieve current, evolving and anticipated business objectives. Serves as technical expert and change agent, determining how best to maximize the company's technical capabilities, update and enhance technical systems, applications and processes. Ensures the identification and maintenance of state-of-the-art technologies. Ensures technologies achieve all applicable quality and security expectations.

• Provide clear direction and leadership to IT teams responsible for complex enterprise data migration and modernization initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end data migrations, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data migration strategies, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and measurable success criteria.
• Manage project delivery across multiple teams, proactively addressing risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities.
• Establish and enforce data quality, validation, reconciliation, and migration acceptance processes to ensure the completeness and accuracy of migrated data.
• Partner with business leaders, application owners, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to align migration priorities with business and technology objectives.
• Consolidate, rationalize, and prioritize business and technical requirements into actionable project plans and technology roadmaps.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT professionals by establishing clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and strengthening technical and delivery capabilities.
• Manage resource, staffing, capacity, and budget planning across short-, medium-, and long-term technology and data migration initiatives.
• Establish governance, delivery standards, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement practices to drive consistent execution, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically has 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology and typically 2-4 years leadership experience.
• Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
