Job Description

• Own end-to-end delivery and operations of ServiceNow platform and collaboration platforms.
• Lead platform strategy including rationalization and adoption of enterprise collaboration tools.
• Drive DevOps maturity including CI/CD, release governance, and automation.
• Manage vulnerability management programs across platforms.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulations.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee governance and lifecycle management of content platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Provide leadership in architecture and design discussions.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting for platform health.
• Drive awareness, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Lead and mentor team members and act as escalation point.
