Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing, analytically driven professional to join our Global Human Capital Insights (HCI) team as a trusted analytics advisor. While reporting and data validation are foundational to this role, the primary focus is on translating workforce data into insights that inform strategy, mitigate risk, and drive business outcomes.In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and leadership to identify trends and provide consultative, insight-driven recommendations in a collaborative, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Provide insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Use data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across HR functions.
Support leadership through data storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance standardization and scalability.
Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards·. Create and maintain documentation for reports, processes, and data.
Develop and deliver timely, accurate reports, dashboards, and recurring deliverables across a variety of HR domains.
Create and manage standard and ad hoc queries using systems such as Workday, Workday Prism Analytics, Cornerstone, and Oracle SQL Developer.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all reporting outputs.
Audit and validate data to maintain high-quality and reliable datasets.
Contribute to the evolution of Human Capital Insights team as a hybrid reporting + analytics function.
Serve as a subject matter resource for HR data and reporting.
Continuously enhance skills in Workday, analytics, and visualization tools.
Support team initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, or data analysis
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, handling large datasets)
Experience in developing reports and working with structured/unstructured data
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate into reporting solutions
Good communication skills with proven experience in data storytelling
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with high quality outputs
Self-starter with strong learning agility and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday reporting, Prism Analytics, or similar HR systems
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
Experience with SQL, VBA, or reporting automation
Understanding of HR domains, such as U.S. Payroll and Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.

Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
