Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js / PostgreSQL / Enterprise SaaS)
This role requires a true full-stack architect. You will be responsible for deconstructing a massive legacy monolithic application into modular React (Next.js) components, while simultaneously building the secure, multi-tenant PostgreSQL backend to support it. You will also build secure middleware to integrate with enterprise ecosystems like Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/Graph API).
We empower our engineering team with the best tools available. We expect you to be a power-user of modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate boilerplate generation, debugging, and refactoring so you can focus on high-level architecture and security.
What You'll Do
Frontend Architecture: Deconstruct a massive legacy codebase and refactor it into clean, reusable React (Next.js) components using a strict design system. Implement complex global state management for real-time UI updates.
Backend & Security: Design and deploy normalized PostgreSQL databases. Write and rigorously test strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to guarantee absolute data isolation across user roles.
Enterprise Integrations: Develop microservices to integrate deeply with the Microsoft Graph API. You will handle Entra ID OAuth2 tokens, index SharePoint metadata and configure webhooks for automated folder syncing.
Document Generation: Develop server-side pipelines to programmatically generate pixel perfect, branded Excel and Word reports.
DevOps & AI: Build a secure, serversi de API Gateway to route requests to LLM APIs, ensuring strict data redaction. Configure GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with production-level expertise in Next.js (App Router, SSR, API routes) and NodeJS.
Deep expertise in PostgreSQL. (Experience with AWS, Migrations, and writing complex RLS policies is a massive plus).
A proven track record of untangling and modernizing legacy spaghetti code.
Experience integrating enterprise APIs, specifically Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint and Azure AD OAuth flows.
You are highly proficient in using AI coding assistants to multiply your output, refactor code rapidly and execute complex logic efficiently.
A Security-First mindset, familiar with OWASP top 10 standards and building systems that pass rigorous enterprise IT audits.
