As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications. This hands-on technical leadership position involves both front-end and back-end development, utilizing Java for server-side logic and React for the user interface. Beyond writing code, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and actively contribute to shaping our technical architecture and best practices.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of highly scalable, performant web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to uphold code quality, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to established best practices.
- Design and maintain resilient RESTful APIs.
- Manage and optimize database schemas and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and champion their adoption when strategically beneficial.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Java development, including strong proficiency with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, etc.).
- Extensive experience with React.js and its fundamental principles.
- Proficiency with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Solid understanding of database design and practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
