Incumbent MUST need to have experience "Financial Planning & Analysis"
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Sourcing price (FOB$) and Volume Analysis
- Responsible for the business analysis of Sample development of Centers in China and Bangladesh
- Financial ownership of monthly / quarterly / annual budgets, forecasting and actuals for Asia Sourcing Offices. Assist APAC Supply Chain Finance to preform P&L and Inventory analysis
- Work with business partners to identify and remediate monthly P&L variances. Work with local HR team in Labor Cost and Headcount forecast and budget. Work with local Controllership team to ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Manage intercompany billings between Asia Sourcing Office and Global Product Development Teams
- Build strong relationships with local Sourcing teams to support the business
- Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to support analysis
- Stay informed about local regulations to ensure sourcing business activities run smoothly
- Inventory forecasting and management. Develop long term strategic financial budgets for Asia Sourcing Offices
- Support Standard Costing initiatives and product Costing Variances. Identify and Implement Cost Savings initiatives
- Support Supply Chain Finance Initiatives. Other ad hoc tasks based on project/business needs
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Min Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with Part qualified from ICAB/ICMAB will be given preference
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify the message from data. Good analysis skills with a high sense of responsibility.
- Able to work with direct manager remotely.
- Mature, independent, “Can do” attitude.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other MS Office applications.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
