Job Summary:
Ideal candidate should have experience in R2R (record to reporting), Month closure, and handling Indian Taxation both Direct and In-Direct Taxation. Should also take care of regular day to day finance operation( AP/GL/General Accounting)
Key Responsibilities:
- Books Closure on Month to Month basis & experience on ERP software / NetSuite would be an added advantage.
- Strong control on Maintenance of books of account in line with GAAP, reconciliation etc.
- Preparation of monthly MIS financials with detailed variance analysis on Costs and Revenues.
- Statutory compliance from all aspects of Tax, GST, SEZ etc. for both Direct & Indirect taxes and to be tracked through calendar at regular intervals.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliations for Prepaid amortizations, Depreciations, Fixed Asset Register maintenance.
- Preparation of monthly / quarterly returns for GST and filing all statutory returns and payments like GST/TDS/SEZ /PF/PT/ESI etc as applicable
- Coordinating with statutory, internal auditors for timely completion of audits.
Skill & Experience Needed:
- Should be a Semi qualified CA or MBA graduate
- Working in Captive Software Company and SEZ Unit is added Advantage
- Should have indept knowledge in Accounting Standards and Taxes.
