The Senior Engineer - Oracle ERP Developer is responsible for providing production support for Oracle Finance Cloud modules, specifically focusing on Lease Management. This role includes collaborating with business teams to identify needs, translating requirements into functional specifications, and troubleshooting production issues. The engineer ensures timely delivery of solutions and provides training and demos on new features.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Oracle Finance Cloud modules including Oracle Finance Lease management module.
- Open service tickets with Oracle and support the business team with any Production issues.
- Work with Oracle on patch releases and testing for the ERP Cloud modules.
- Educate business teams on new features released and provide application demos in a sandbox environment.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify their business needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership from requirement gathering till deployment
- On time delivery with quality, and good analysis and problem management skills
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Engineering degree with 5+ years experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Experience in working with Finance modules especially Lease management is a plus.
- 5 years experience with BI publisher, sql tools
- Experience in working with Oracle support for ERP cloud modules
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
