Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Oracle Finance Cloud modules including Oracle Finance Lease management module.
• Open service tickets with Oracle and support the business team with any Production issues.
• Work with Oracle on patch releases and testing for the ERP Cloud modules.
• Educate business teams on new features released and provide application demos in a sandbox environment.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify their business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership from requirement gathering till deployment
• On time delivery with quality, and good analysis and problem management skills
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Engineering degree with 5+ years experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
• Experience in working with Finance modules especially Lease management is a plus.
• 5 years experience with BI publisher, sql tools
• Experience in working with Oracle support for ERP cloud modules
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
