We are looking for an AIOps Engineer to design and maintain intelligent operations systems that leverage AI/ML to optimize IT performance, detect anomalies, and automate incident response.
In this role,You will work at the intersection of IT operations, data engineering, and automation to ensure our platforms can effectively ingest and analyze massive volumes of telemetry data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions using metrics, logs, traces, and telemetry data for real-time anomaly detection.
2. Develop and train machine learning models using operational data to identify patterns, perform automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provide predictive insights.
3. Design automated workflows (e.g., self-healing scripts, intelligent runbooks) that trigger remediation actions when specific conditions occur.
4. Incident analysis and operational improvement for improving processes such as alert reduction, incident triage, and root-cause investigation.
5. Partner with DevOps, SRE, and Data Science teams to integrate AIOps tools into existing cloud infrastructure and service management models.
Skills Required:
1. 4-6 years of experience in AIOps, DevOps, SRE, or managing AI systems in production.
2. Good proficiency in Python is essential. Experience with Shell scripting is a strong plus.
3. Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) where GCP is mandatory and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
4. Good knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker and AI development platforms like Vertex AI.
5. Hands-on expertise with Observability tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana or ELK.
6.Hands-on experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms, including ArcSight and Google SecOps, for security monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation, and automated response.
7. Experience with security tools and platforms, including vulnerability management and container security solutions such as Snyk, Qualys, Trivy, and Aqua Security.
