Job Responsibilities
The Senior Front End Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications for our healthcare analytics product suite. You will play a key role in our ongoing platform migration to Next.js/React and contribute to products that drive actionable insights for global pharmaceutical clients.
This position will work in our Hyderabad office 2-3 days a week (hybrid). We are seeking someone that will be able to work hours that overlap with EST (no later than 10- 10:30 pm IST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and React as the primary framework
- Lead and contribute to the migration of existing Svelte/SvelteKit applications to Next.js, ensuring seamless transition
- Build UI components for analytics dashboards involving complex data grids (AG Grid), charts (ECharts/D3.js), and interactive visualizations
- Implement advanced filtering systems with boolean logic across healthcare data dimensions (NDC, NPI, ICD, procedure codes)
- Collaborate with .NET Core middleware engineers and Snowflake data teams to integrate APIs and optimize UI performance
- Write comprehensive tests using Vitest, Playwright, and BackstopJS
- Mentor junior UI engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote frontend best practices
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible user interfaces
- Support Azure-hosted deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Ensure enterprise compliance including role-based access control and WCAG accessibility
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional frontend/UI development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with modern ES6+ patterns
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js for production-grade, server-rendered applications
- Strong understanding of Next.js concepts: App Router, Server Components, SSR/SSG/ISR, API routes, and middleware
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design
- Experience with data-heavy UI components: AG Grid, charting libraries (ECharts, Chart.js, or D3.js)
- Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress)
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and state management patterns
- Able to work the hybrid model during the designated work hours starting in September 2026
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with .NET Core or Node.js backend technologies
- Familiarity with Svelte/SvelteKit (existing applications being migrated)
- Exposure to Azure cloud services (App Service, AKS, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical domain data
- Experience with Figma-to-code workflows and design system implementation
- Knowledge of role-based authorization and enterprise security patterns
