The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client services team. In this role, you will be responsible to work on client data deliverables which includes preparing and processing data of online market research surveys, responsible for validating data using Quantum or SPSS software and delivery of cross-tabulations using Quantum, MarketSight or any other data processing tools.
You should be comfortable breaking down and solving complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner; this includes being comfortable engaging with clients, project managers, survey programmers and other key stakeholders to build consensus, communicate project status, findings, and escalations on a regular basis.
Your Responsibilities:

• Should be able to define timelines, costs based on the questionnaire, tab specs from the client and suggest effective ways of analyzing the data.
• Work with survey programmers to retrieve the necessary data files and understand data and data maps.
• Able to write data validation scripts using quantum, SPSS and ensure data quality by checking all the routings, programming instructions, logics, survey flow etc.
• Create Cross Tabulation of the data with respect to the Tab Specs using Quantum and SPSS.
• Meeting client expectations should be a priority (Cost effectiveness, Good Quality).
• Work with the stakeholders (Survey Programmers, Project Managers and Clients) to make sure that data and client deliverables are delivered accurately and timely.
• Help and be part of preparing and maintaining SOP documents, Client standards documents, team reports and training Materials.
• Need to be part of KOC, Daily huddle, Monthly meetings.
• Help provide training to interns, new hires when necessary. Arrange technical training sessions as needed.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and development.
• Will be a stakeholder in any one of the Data Analytics projects - Enterprise Database Dashboards, Reports etc.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate from any reputed University, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 5+ years of programming experience in data processing tools Quantum, SPSS and able to adapt to other reporting platforms like MarketSight.
• Knowledge & experience in all the client deliverables like tables, reports, dashboards, labelled SPSS, cleaned SPSS etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to learn and use new platforms to meet or exceed customer and project needs.
• Ability to find innovative solutions to address clients and project needs.
• Solid judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to be proactive in anticipating problems and provide solutions.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook etc.), any text editor is a must.
• Experience in excel macros, using advanced formulas and automations a plus.
• A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning.
• Ability to foster positive relationships across teams and customers.
• Willing to work in shifts including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
