Primary Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance Cerner Patient Accounting workflows including billing, claims, payments, adjustments, follow-ups, and AR management
• Configure and maintain PA components such as billing entities, financial classes, charge rules, write-offs, and transactions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Cerner PA configuration and functional solutions
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and defect resolution for PA-related issues
• Support upgrades, domain moves, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services (PFS), Compliance, and Technical teams
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, workflows, and configuration guides
• Validate data accuracy and ensure compliance with healthcare billing standards and organizational policies
• Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer as needed
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Cerner Patient Accounting
• Experience with billing, claims processing, AR, cash posting, and adjustments
• Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
• Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and recommend system improvements
• Proven solid communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams
