About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant - Product & Change Enablement

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Determine change stakeholder impact
  • Develop change implementation and communication plans
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan change training and/or shadow sessions
  • Develop needed presentations and materials
  • Conduct data analysis on our Jira and Product/Program Team Structure databases to establish insights on current delivery team capabilities
  • Hold change training and office hour sessions
  • Manage live Q&A channels and chats
  • Contact impacted stakeholders to verify needed behavior/tooling changes are taking place
  • Develop and manage QA reporting to verify needed change behavior/tooling are taking place

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Demonstrated ability to understand operational processes
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to interpret requirements, present options for meeting needs, and ultimately develop solution to their satisfaction
  • Lead meetings, drive agendas forward and empower decisions
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communications to the intended audience
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Balance multitasking with swift execution

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of large scale techno-functional transformation implementations within the Capital Markets or Banking industry
  • 3+ Product and Agile experience either in a product or transformation coaching role
  • General understanding of technology change management and budgeting processes
  • Proficient in understanding Jira and the Atlassian Tool Suite
  • Good understanding of agile/product metrics and instrumentation
  • Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Strong presentation (PPT) development skills
  • Experience in working with and managing large connected data sets to determine insights and/anomalies

Job Expectations:

  • Looking for a motivated practitioner who can use their combination of change delivery experience and, product, and agile methodology knowledge to help progress our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Product Transformation and overall Change Enablement efforts.
  •   In this role as Senior Business Execution Consultant - Product & Change Enablement, you will help our Change Enablement Delivery Leads implement new tooling, standards, and processes across our Product Management and Change Initiative Ownership community. 
  • The implementation of these new capabilities will help our Corporate & Investment Banking change function continually improve our planning, prioritization, delivery execution, and measurement skills
  • Perform change delivery for initiatives and products using agile methodology
  • Leads implement new tooling, standards, and processes
  • Develop change implementation and communication plans
  • Conduct data analysis on our Jira and Product/Program Team Structure databases to establish insights on current delivery team capabilities
  • Develop and manage QA reporting to verify needed change behavior/tooling are taking place 

Hybrid working model :

  • No of days working from office in a week : 3 out of 5
  • Shift followed : 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 pm IST
  • Work location : Hyderabad
