The Role:
As a Senior Buiness Analyst at Turium AI, you won't just be part of the team you'll be a key player in building the future. This role is for those who are hungry to make an impact, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the complexities of AI. You'll contribute directly to our revolutionary products, Turium Algoreus, Enigma, Zebra, Turium Edge AI, or Turium Qale that are transforming some of the most critical enterprises) across the globe. You will be ensuring that our AI solutions not only meet, but exceed their expectations in real-world, production-ready environments. Your work will be instrumental in defining the next chapter of AI-powered innovation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support proposal and bid activities, including requirements analysis, solution articulation, technical architecture inputs, effort estimation, and preparation of AI-driven value propositions aligned to client business objectives.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business problems, data readiness, regulatory constraints, and enterprise architecture, translating these into well-defined AI use cases and delivery roadmaps.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, cloud architects, security teams, and product owners—to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms and workflows.
- Oversee model development and evaluation, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, governance, and compliance requirements expected in enterprise and regulated environments.
- Support deployment and production activities, including model validation, monitoring strategies, feedback loops, and handover operations or managed services teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor during project delivery, providing analytical insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, data flows, model assumptions, limitations, and operational guidelines to support long-term maintainability and client enablement.

- Python, Typescript, Flutter, AWS, LLMs, and other relevant languages for AI and machine learning.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in tech, AI, or enterprise delivery environments
- BTech degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)
- Proven experience working closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured technical solutions
- Experience supporting end-to-end delivery (requirements → build → deployment)
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, workflows, solution designs)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to work AEST/AEDT hours in line with client requirements.
