As a Vistex Senior Business Analyst, you will review a company or client's business processes and understand the end-to-end Business processes. You will be a focal point of contact for the customers to execute day-to-day operations of a business user. The Business Analyst provides help and support to the Client Services and Operations teams through their knowledge of client Business process, Vistex Solutions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in order to support client queries. They assist a client or company to execute business strategies and ensure that the desired result is achieved in a timely manner and increase efficiencies for the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly understand and adapt to new business processes while collaborating with business analysts and functional consultants to effectively define and drive customer requirements.
- Serve as the liaison between business users, the IT consulting team, and other support teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues with a logical, problem-solving approach to support effective business operations.
- Apply technical expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP) while fulfilling and supporting the roles and responsibilities of end users.
- Take ownership and provide support across various phases of the project implementation life cycle.
- Execute test scenarios and scripts with a clear understanding of diverse business processes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all relevant processes and activities.
- Communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging strong business acumen and presentation skills.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint to support reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment by balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Experience in the role of a Business Analyst and equivalent role Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills. Collaborative and consultative work style. Ability to link business processes with products/solutions. Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans. Willingness to travel. Preferred Experience on US- Pharma/Life-Sciences industry is a big plus. Experience in multiple full lifecycle software implementations is a big plus.
