Description and Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Insurance- AML Domain would be good to have.
• Should have a strong hold in gathering Requirements - creating BRD's and FRD's and developing Use Cases.
• Should be able to conduct JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions, GAP Analysis, Impact Analysis.
• Strong knowledge and experience of prototyping, wireframing techniques.
• Solid understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Tools knowledge, such as MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries.
• Experience querying relational databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL.
• Must be customer focused - must be able to understand the importance stakeholder's busine7s objectives and drive the process towards achieving those objectives.
• Must have strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Should be very good in written and verbal communication.
• Should be very good in Client Interaction.
• Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
• Proactive in taking initiatives. Good Problem resolution skill.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in working with all levels of an organization's technical and business departments.
• Must be flexible, enthusiastic; and has very strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to complete deliverables on time and within budget.
