For Business Analyst:
Must Have
- Bilingual fluency — Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English
- 3-6 (C)/ 6-9 (SC) years BA experience with full SDLC documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS) across Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Insurance industry domain knowledge - Along with Policy Admin Management/ Claims Management expertise
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and requirement/documentation platforms (Confluence, Visio, Tableau)
Good to Have
- GenAI tools exposure for user story writing and requirements generation
- Experience managing continuous scope changes using structured prioritisation techniques
- Stakeholder liaison experience bridging business and technical teams in complex hybrid environments
- Data visualisation or process modelling skills (Tableau, Visio) for delivery transparency dashboards
