Required Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years deploying AI solutions on Azure.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML SDK.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure AI Services: Cognitive Services, OpenAI, AI Document Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML workflows.
- Hands-on experience with serverless architecture: Azure Functions, Durable Functions.
- Familiarity with data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Event Grid.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and RAG techniques.
- Proven experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
- Certifications: Azure certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Soft Skills: Leadership experience, mentoring skills, and ability to design end-to-end AI systems.
