Job Description
Role Summary
Secure Transport Administrator will be responsible for daily monitoring of the Secure Transport (ST) platform system health. Integrating new process instances into the ST environment. Creating new routing processes within ST. Monitoring and resolving Service Now tickets for new incidents and tickets for service meeting daily Service Level Agreements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years in files transfer field.
- Working knowledge of file transfer protocols, SFTP, FTPS, SSH, HTTPS and including AWS S3, Azure and other cloud platforms.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating environment. (Putty/Linux, VI)
- Experience in a 1st \ 2nd line operational support role
- Experience working with security certificates for encryption/decryption and authentication.
- Experience monitoring and resolving file transfer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrate and manage all aspects of the Axway Secure Transport software.
- Gather requirements from internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot file transfers setups.
- Work with internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot file transfers setups.
- Monitor performance of file transfers and resolves operational problems.
- Coordinate the installation of Axway Secure Transport software on Linux platforms and performing system upgrades.
