The role: Scrum Master
- Facilitate Scrum Events like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
- Team coaching and mentorship on Scrum activities and Agile practices and conflict resolution.
- Publish weekly status reports and Conduct governance meetings.
- Identify and address impediments and escalations.
- Process adaption and scalability.
- Stakeholder management and progressive growth in the portfolio.
- Project management, Scrum Activities, Agile Practices
- Preferably certified Scrum Master.
What you’ll bring
Proven expertise in your area by which you can contribute to the growth of the practice—subject matter expert who can increase competency in said technology and mentor other team members.
