Scrum Lead (Technical Project Manager, Rally, Github, SDLC)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery governance for assigned workstreams (timeline, scope, risks)
• Track and report: Milestones, Deliverables, and Dependencies, Risks
• Provide clear status communication to leadership and stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve Delivery blockers, Cross-team dependencies
• Follow SDLC for all projects
• Track and drive improvements using Rally and github metrics (velocity, throughput, defects, estimation)
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, and cross functional Engineering team
• Drive structured reporting (weekly, bi-weekly leadership forums)
• Be able to have fundamental knowledge of cloud concepts(AZ 900/ Google CDL)
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years as Technical Project Manager
• Proven experience in Project Planning & tracking, Risk management and Stakeholder communication
• Solid knowledge of Project Management practices and Agile
• Expert knowledge of Rally and of Github project management
• Proven solid communication skills(written and verbal)
• Proven ability to handle multiple parallel workstreams

Preferred Qualification:

• SAFe certification
