Role Overview
We’re looking for a strong SAP developer who can build modern, scalable solutions across S/4HANA and SAP BTP, with a focus on clean core, extensions, and integrations. This role is for someone who writes clean code, builds fast, and understands enterprise-grade systems.
Key Responsibilities:
S/4HANA Development
- Develop and enhance solutions using
- ABAP (on HANA)
- CDS Views
- AMDP
- OData services
- Build and optimise reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms
- Work within clean core principles (minimal modifications)
SAP BTP Development
- Build applications and extensions on SAP BTP
- Develop using:
- CAP (Node.js / Java)
- SAP Fiori / UI5
- Create side-by-side extensions instead of core changes
- Deploy and manage applications on BTP
Integration Development
- Develop integrations using:
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
- APIs (REST / OData)
- Integrate S/4HANA with:
- SAP Concur
- SuccessFactors
- External platforms (AI systems, Gov systems)
AI & Automation Integration
- Integrate SAP with Turium AI platforms
- Enable: Invoice automation, Intelligent workflows, Data-driven decisioning, Work with automation tools and APIs
Data & Performance
- Work with HANA database optimisation
- Build efficient CDS models and queries
- Ensure high-performance and scalable solutions
Quality & Collaboration
- Participate in code reviews and best practices
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and AI engineers
Required Skills & Experience:
Core SAP Development
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- ABAP (HANA)
- CDS Views
- OData
- Experience with S/4HANA development
SAP BTP
- Experience with:
- CAP (Node.js or Java)
- SAP Fiori / UI5
- BTP services
- Understanding of side-by-side extensibility
Integration
- Experience with:
- SAP CPI / Integration Suite
- REST APIs
- Exposure to SAP Concur or SuccessFactors is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with:
- Public sector / government projects
- AI integrations
- Automation tools ( RPA, etc.)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
