We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking SAP RISE Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of SAP solutions, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. As an SAP RISE Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving our SAP RISE strategy, helping SAP stakeholders optimize their business processes through innovative SAP technologies and cloud solutions. You will define the technical architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards and handle architectural and service discussions with SAP RISE CDM/TAM and any other third-party contractors and vendors

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·       Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust SAP RISE solutions that align with Micron’s business objectives and technical requirements.

·       Cloud Strategy: Develop and execute cloud migration strategies for SAP workloads, ensuring a seamless transition to SAP RISE while maximizing efficiency and minimizing disruptions.

·       Governance and Security: Establish governance frameworks and enforce technical standards to ensure compliance, data security, user access control, cybersecurity, and adherence to SAP best practices.

·       Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP RISE with existing systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across various platforms.

·       Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, advocating for innovative solutions that enhance business value.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project and operations managers, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with scalability, performance, quality and TCO objectives.

·       Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including solution designs, migration plans, and technical specifications.

·       Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on SAP RISE functionalities and best practices.

·       Collaborate with Solution Architects, SME’s, Enterprise Architects, ALM and Ops to understand business needs, operational challenges, and provide expert guidance on SAP RISE best practices and potential solutions.

·       Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimization, and performance enhancements within SAP environments.

Education and Experience Requirement:

• Master’s Degree in Information systems, Information Technology or Computer Science

OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems, Information Technology or Computer Science and 5+ years of related experienced.
• Thorough knowledge in Enterprise application architecture, especially on SAP RISE. Comprehensive experience in RISE offering, standards and processes.
• Experience in S/4HANA transformation, SAP’s clean core strategy and toolset (RISE and regular). Handling SAP migrations, operations in AWS/Azure/Google.
• Good Infrastructure knowledge (networking, storage etc).
• Technical knowledge in Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition approaches for cloud migration is critical.
