SAP BODS / SAP Data Conversion Analyst

Operate and secure SailPoint’s global SaaS infrastructure. Responsibilities include file integrity monitoring, audit evidence automation, base-image hardening, release automation, vulnerability remediation, compliance support, incident response, and on-call production operations. The role collaborates with engineering and cybersecurity teams to securely deploy services, improve operational practices, troubleshoot systems and networks, and maintain security across AWS or Azure environments.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile and Jira practices, track delivery metrics, remove impediments, and support product backlog management. The role also assists with project planning, risk management, stakeholder communications, and change management while developing toward full project ownership. It additionally requires information security, compliance, risk management, and Identity and Access Management experience, along with security standards implementation and awareness training.

Leads Boeing’s India defense business development strategy by advancing major aerospace and defense campaigns, advising on co-development and technical integration, and engaging senior Indian Air Force and Ministry of Defense stakeholders. The role applies extensive military operations, defense procurement, budget, policy, and crisis-management expertise to resolve negotiations, shape proposals, and support strategic programs. Requires senior Indian Air Force leadership experience, Ministry of Defense acquisition experience, and Integrated Defense Staff policy experience.
