Role Summary:
We are
seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Salesforce Technical Lead or
Senior Developer with strong product engineering experience. The candidate will
be responsible for driving technical execution, hands-on development, and
collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for professionals Looking to contribute to managed package development, scalable architecture,
and best-in-class user experiences within Salesforce-native applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and provide technical input
for building managed packages.
- Ensure code quality, security compliance (FLS, CRUD, sharing), and
alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in AppExchange Security Review preparation and
remediation.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams to deliver secure and
performant applications.
- Implement CI/CD processes using SFDX and Git-based workflows.
- Support data migration activities, including ETL script
development and test automation.
- Contribute to the setup of offline mobile features and assist in
Data Cloud integrations when applicable.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.
- Mentor
junior developers and perform code reviews.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and
Flow Builder
- Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages
- Hands-on experience with managed packages and AppExchange
readiness
- Solid understanding of platform security features and governance
limits
- Experience with version control systems (Git), GitHub Actions, or
Copado
- Ability
to work in Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership of deliverables
Nice-to-Have:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II / JavaScript Developer
I
- Experience with Data Cloud (CDP) or Customer 360
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud or mobile offline setup
- Basic understanding of Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integration
platforms
- Exposure
to Einstein Bots or Agentforce.
