Responsibilities:
- Conduct medium complex technical QA activities related to the Application Under Test (AUT).
- Understand the existing process, analyze users' requirements.
- Prepare testing and reporting documentation, such as Test plans, Test strategy, and test exit reporting, throughout the software development life cycle.
- Develop Test scenarios and write detailed Test cases.
- Create a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Track defects to closure and maintain an up-to-date defect repository.
- Work individually on the project, completing assigned tasks promptly.
- Collaborate on quality assurance within a team or with the client team.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives for future applications or projects.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Lead to facilitate informed decisions on progress.
- Be flexible and adapt to new technologies on a need basis.
- Perform Functional testing, regression testing, System Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance testing.
Technical and Soft Skills Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with a strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.); Knowing public sector solutions and omni scripts is nice to have.
- Good understanding of Quality Assurance testing life cycle, including writing test plans/strategies, and the ability to execute manual and functional testing involving data mocking, running test cases, validation, result validation, etc.
- Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall or Agile methodology of project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems to provide a suitable solution for clients.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Team player.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, Katalon, Copado Robotic Testing, Playwright, or Tosca, and performance testing tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter.
- Salesforce certifications.
- ISTQB / ISEB certification.
