Salesforce is the org’s main CRM tool - used by ~1k users across multiple business units (B2B, Core LM Express, XB, Fulfilment) to manage their sales and support teams. It is the source of truth for all customer related information - from lead contact information, price quotations to eventual contracts which then forms the data that is used for various purposes: billing/invoicing, pricing analytics, etc.

This role manages all change requests for Salesforce - which includes changes that requires development given the growing number and complexity of requests, there is a need for a full-time head count to manage all these Salesforce changes, and implement the changes with the Pricing Business Partners, Tech, Product and Country Stakeholders.

  • Consolidate requirements across different sales channels and business teams and ensure requirements are feasible and conflict-free
  • Interact and sync up with stakeholders to deconflict and define solutions that involve multiple services and teams.
  • Define and own the roadmap for Sales Cloud. Act as an Agile Product Owner to execute this roadmap.
  • Engage and challenge stakeholders to surface problems and refine ideas. Complement that with data and research to guide development.
  • Continually prioritize feature backlog to make sure we build the right stuff at the right time for the biggest business impact, trading off between tactical and strategic objectives.
  • Work with engineers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile fashion, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently.
  • Follow through on new features and initiatives to see that they are operationalized well.
  • Deliver complex product requirements in the form of Product Requirement Documents and writing granular Jira tickets

What We Do

Ninja Van Group is a tech-enabled logistics organisation, backed by marquee investors including GeoPost, Alibaba Group, and B Capital Group. Launched in 2014 as an e-commerce express logistics company, it reached 100% network coverage by 2018 with over 2,000 stations and hubs across Southeast Asia. Today, around two million parcels course through its network daily. A decade of operations fortified Ninja Van Group’s e-commerce express network, enabling concurrent diversification across the realms of e-commerce and express logistics. To maximise its scale in e-commerce, Ninja Van Group offers a comprehensive suite of solutions – from digital to full-funnel marketing – to help shippers sell better. As a springboard for expansion beyond e-commerce, Ninja Van Group's e-commerce express network lays the groundwork for venturing into other express verticals, including business-to-business inventory restocking and cold chain.
