Job Overview:
The Salesforce LWC Developer plays a key role in developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Web Components to meet the organization's needs. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement functionality within the Salesforce platform. This is an Individual Contributor role and requires the developer to manage, coordinate with other team / team members and communicate with the customer effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- LWC Development: Design, develop, and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX Classes to enhance and customize Salesforce functionalities. Adhere to the standard Salesforce Coding Best Practices.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts/users and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Salesforce-based solutions.
- Solution Design: Create technical designs for LWC solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and Salesforce architecture standards.
- Customization: Customize Salesforce components, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows, to meet specific business requirements.
- Integration: Build integrations with external systems or applications, such as REST/SOAP services, to ensure data consistency and streamline processes.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases, perform unit testing, and ensure the quality and stability of LWC solutions.
- Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing LWC components and Salesforce configurations as business needs evolve.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of LWC components and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
- Security: Implement and maintain security best practices within the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security standards.
