We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), be comfortable owning development tasks independently, and consistently build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
Build reusable, performant, and scalable Lightning Web Components.
Develop robust Apex solutions, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueables, and integrations.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, security, code optimization, and exception handling.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solutioning decisions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Support deployments, testing activities, and production issue resolution.
Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging development practices.
3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce configuration and customization
Salesforce Flows
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, sharing and security model, and platform architecture.
Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and external system connectivity.
Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and CI/CD or deployment processes.
Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling and application design principles.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently own development tasks and deliver high-quality solutions.
Strong understanding and consistent application of Salesforce development best practices.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong attention to code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
