Applies AI tools to synthesize stakeholder inputs and business rules while supporting complex Salesforce, Apttus/Conga CPQ, custom application, and integration environments.
We are seeking Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in CPQ transformation programs, including hands-on delivery of user stories, business requirements, and AI-driven process improvements. Candidates must be comfortable operating in a complex, hybrid technology environment spanning Salesforce, Apttus/Conga CPQ, custom applications, and system integrations and must demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn new systems, processes, and business contexts to contribute from day one.

- Deep knowledge of CPQ platforms and the Salesforce ecosystem required; hands-on experience with Apttus/Conga CPQ strongly preferred — covering configuration logic, pricing waterfalls, quoting workflows, and contract lifecycle management. Familiarity with MuleSoft integration patterns is a plus.
- Write and own high-quality user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria — partnering closely with Product Managers to maintain delivery velocity through disciplined backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment on scope and dependencies.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements synthesis — rapidly distilling stakeholder inputs, system constraints, and business rules into structured requirements, process flows, and test cases that serve as the single source of truth for engineering, QA, and revenue operations teams.
- Lead risk and dependency management across CPQ workstreams — proactively surfacing blockers, driving lessons learned, and maintaining documentation quality standards that reduce rework and sustain delivery pace across complex, multi-team program
