Lead regional sales efforts for IT solutions to private schools and large institutions: develop strategies, manage a sales team, build key partnerships, close large deals, forecast performance, and coordinate with marketing and product teams to grow market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
- IT solutions sales in Private schools in the region
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Building Collaboration and Alliances
- Building Referral programs with influential companies
- Building a strong network of key stakeholders in the region at Government/ Banking/ Large e-commerce companies/ Educational Institutions etc
