Job Description


Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
Perform testing and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
Create documentation to support end-users in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.

Additional Information

2 - 4 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA support or implementation. SAP S/4 certification is a plus.
