About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
Lead or participate on large cross group projects
Mentor less experienced staff
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proven ability to align analytics solutions with business goals and influence strategic outcomes
Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources (structured and unstructured)
Strong attention to detail and a bias for execution, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives
Prior experience in payments, liquidity, or treasury services with knowledge of associated regulatory and risk requirements
Experience in documentation standards, process repeatability, and enforcing accountability within analytics delivery
Demonstrated ability to work across geographies, collaborate in a matrixed environment, and influence stakeholders at all levels
