We provide an integrated approach to client servicing in order to meet the client's full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.
As a Requests for Proposal Writer within our global teams at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will have the opportunity to create documents that articulate our unique value proposition and brand commitments to clients worldwide. You will collaborate with various product groups, Investment Specialists, and Client Advisors in the creation, review, and maintenance of client documents. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to our client service and enhance our client relationships.
Job Responsibilities

• Write proposals by completing RFPs and RFIs for institutional and wholesale clients/prospects to support the Company Strategic Information team with the highest accuracy in a timely manner.
• Maintain a centralized database of up-to-date content, including investment strategies, performance data, compliance information, and legal disclosures to facilitate efficient and accurate proposal development.
• Manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and coordinating with various internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of completed proposals.
• Maintain a high level of competency when reviewing data and quickly identifying both data and format issues.
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and efficient manner with multiple teams and product groups across regions.
• Evaluate and enhance the RFP process continuously, including the development of standardized templates, best practices, and automation tools, to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Post-graduate with 3+ year of experience in a similar role in Asset Management Industry
• Awareness of business risk and compliance procedures
• Ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities, including immediate, short-term
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with experience in content management systems and proposal automation tools PMAPS/Ovidian/ Spectrum and Saleforce.com applications also helpful
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• CFA level 1 could be a distinct advantage
• Understanding of the asset management business, various asset classes and investment products is mandatory
• Prior experience of writing or participating in the Requests for Proposal process is desirable, preferably in the asset management industry
• Ability to quickly gain broad knowledge of the range of assigned JP Morgan Asset Management investment products, in order to succeed in the role
• Financial market awareness and understanding of financial concepts about the Funds products.
