In this role, you will lead the design, development, and testing of React Native applications for iOS and Android. You will collaborate with technical leads and product stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, provide high-level effort estimates, and communicate with architects and project teams to deliver integrated solutions and innovative technologies.

What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solutions
- Work with technical leads, managers, and Product stakeholders to define and manage the technical roadmap
- Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs
- Work with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to understand the complex technological system in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution options
- Provide high-level effort estimates in the absence of detailed requirements
- Communicate solution approaches to architects, project teams, and other stakeholders
- Keep up to date on cutting-edge technologies and effectively incorporate that knowledge into our platform roadmap, design, and implementation
What You Know
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven professional experience is required.
- Developing, deploying and maintaining React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with TypeScript for writing clean, maintainable code.
- Strong understanding of React (including hooks, context API, and state management libraries like Redux or MobX) as React Native is built on React.
- Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS) and bridging React Native with native modules when needed.
- Familiarity with Objective-C/Swift (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android) for integrating native components.
- Basically he should be either iOS or Android developers with React Native expertise/experience
Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience
