Scope of leadership role
Facilitates and directs multiple project leaders executing projects across multiple functions and/ or large project portfolios within a business. Develops and ensures compliance to Regal project management processes. Executes a single strategic project or multiple projects across single or multiple businesses. Identifies and improves project team interactions through implementation of project management techniques. Coaches and develops project leaders and individual team members in project management. Identifies and resolves operational and other functional issues that may impact business performance in the short term. Ensures compliance to existing Regal project management processes and recommends process improvements using new project management approaches. Liaisons with business leadership, Regal customer(s) and vendor(s) for the successful completion of project.
Key Responsibilities
.- Lead continuous improvement projects ensuring compliance with safety, quality, speed and cost objectives.
.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and different departments to implement solutions that improve KPIs
.- Perform root cause analysis using structured methodologies (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
.- KAIZEN and KAN BAN Systems implementation
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining, and critical analysis.
- MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Multi-tasking
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Engineering , or Materials/ Business Administration
- Related experience 5+ year in similar position
- Lean Six Sigma acknowledge
- Kan ban systems relevant acknowledge & expertise
- Travel: No
- Language: +75% Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
